Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Product Support Specialist to join our Support Team at Board International. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers and business partners to enable their success using the Board Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate Complex Incidents: You will be responsible for investigating complex incidents reported by our customers, requiring a deep understanding of the Board platform and its components.
- Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting: You will work on open product-related cases, focusing on root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
- Customer Communication: You will communicate with customers via ticketing platforms, providing regular updates on investigation progress and statuses.
- Knowledge Base Articles: You will research and document issues as Knowledge Base articles, ensuring that our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
- Implementation Projects: You will attend and support implementation projects onsite when required, collaborating with our teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Education: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
- Experience: You have first-hand experience with SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software, as well as working in a customer support role using a case management platform.
- Technical Skills: You possess knowledge of Client/Server Operating Systems, Cloud solutions, and Network Management, with a strong understanding of SQL and ODBC data source connections.
- Soft Skills: You are a quick learner, able to understand and learn complex systems, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work against tight deadlines.
- Language Skills: You have very good German and English knowledge, with excellent Spanish knowledge.
