Job Summary

We're seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Product Support Specialist to join our Support Team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers and business partners to enable their success using our Board Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate complex incidents reported by customers, requiring a deep understanding of our platform and troubleshooting skills.
  • Work on open product-related cases, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates on investigation progress and resolution.
  • Research and document issues as Knowledge Base articles to benefit the broader customer community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Development, Professional Services, and Sales Consultants, to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Meet Board's Premium Support obligations to customers and ensure adherence to our service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience with SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management software, preferably with a case management platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn complex systems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
