Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Life Director to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination, quality assurance, and planning of all student services programming and residential life operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising and Communication
- Provide guidance and support to individual students, student interest groups, and student populations with unique needs.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students to discuss all student life matters.
- Provide referrals to individual students for professional counseling and medical services as required.
- Student Welfare and Conduct
- Communicate applicable codes of conduct and the consequences of noncompliance to participants.
- Take appropriate action when students violate codes of conduct, in coordination with the Manager for Student Welfare and Center Director.
Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who can motivate their team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student services, international education, and leadership. They will be able to work collaboratively with our international team to deliver high-quality programs and services to our students.
