Job Title: Control of Works and Space Workflow Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control of Works and Space Workflow Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our GWS Segment, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management and building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage all permit applications to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture by promoting a culture of safety and well-being among our team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, including permit applications, safety inspections, and compliance reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues related to control of work and space.
  • Deliver training and workshops to suppliers and contractors on safety protocols and best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in any other site requests or EHS work as required.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Health and Safety qualification, such as Nebosh or IOSH.
  • Risk assessment and method statement understanding.
  • Broad technical knowledge of facilities management and building systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working across national borders.
