Job Overview:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization by providing exceptional support to our internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, including the organization, preparation, and storage of both physical and digital information.
- Assist internal customers by making follow-up calls to update them on next steps or verify the effectiveness of previous solutions.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and support order processing.
- Manage inventory of assets efficiently.
- Identify tickets that need to be escalated for further attention.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles (such as front desk or help desk).
- Possess a friendly and communicative demeanor.
- Exhibit a confident, approachable, and positive attitude towards customer service.
- Ability to maintain composure and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Highly organized with a proactive work approach.
- Proficient in using Office Suite, familiar with Windows environments, and capable of mobile phone configuration.
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
- Strong motivation and a solid work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Having a background in CGM Administrative Management or CFGS in Administration and Finance will be advantageous. A First Certificate in English or equivalent (B2) is also required.
