Touch in Touch is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the railway industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage contracts with customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure quality, timing, profitability, project cost, and customer satisfaction related to the project.
- Bring inputs to the sales department and validate tenders before sending them to customers.
- Main interface for customers until the end of the project.
- Formalize project objectives, animate, and follow up on project planning and work breakdown structure.
- Promote the use of standards and project management tools.
- Respect QCD and increase efficiency by following approved processes.
- Launch projects, build project teams, and obtain validation from department hierarchies.
- Attribute and follow up on objectives and tasks of project team members.
- Manage project teams, including appraisal processes in a non-hierarchical matrix.
- Follow up on project turnover, budget, and profitability, assisted by financial controlling.
- Assure working capital follow-up for the project, including customer payments and overdues.
- Launch and pilot relevant action plans.
- Ensure excellent customer relationships at the project management level.
- Support project engineering in charge in front of customers when difficulties arise.
- Manage dedicated action plans with project teams to improve project profitability.
- Control customer claims.
- Manage regular risk analysis and launch relevant action plans.
**Requirements:**
- University degree (engineering desirable).
- Master's in science/business and/or similar is a plus.
- Experience in project management or product management role.
- High level of English.
- Other languages will be valuable.
- Availability to travel internationally (punctually).
**Work Modality:** Hybrid (1 day of teleworking)
**Location:** Tarragona, La Selva del Camp
