Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated project manager to lead our automotive projects and drive innovation in the field of connected and automated driving.

The successful candidate will be based in our premises in Santa Oliva, Spain, and will work closely with a team of system and software engineers.

The role will involve project management, accounting, and invoicing, as well as supporting business development activities in close coordination with the Product Manager and the Innovation Manager.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the project manager will include:

  • Activity and resource planning
  • Organizing and motivating a project team
  • Controlling time management
  • Cost estimating and developing the budget
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing and managing project risk
  • Monitoring progress
  • Managing reports and necessary documentation
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in project administration
  • Experience with European Commission projects is an asset
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel macros and dynamic tables
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office, and PowerPoint
  • Interest in new technologies, automotive, and electric vehicles
  • Good communication skills and confidence in discussions at different hierarchical levels
  • Recognizable empathy, team spirit, and high level of assertiveness
  • Committed, goal-driven, result-oriented, and strong service orientation
  • Openness to work in an international company with a multicultural team
Education

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Engineering, specialized in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications.

Language Skills

Fluent English is required, and other languages will be an asset.
