Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PY-Pt Spanish Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our time management system, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP HCM Time Management activities for multiple clients, focusing on the maintenance of SAP HCM systems.
  • Update the SAP HCM Time Management system, including creating work schedule rules, updating clock-in and clock-out rules, and managing absences, attendances, and quotas.
  • Resolve client-reported issues and configure system evolutions (change requests).
  • Prepare and conduct workshops with clients to define solutions for implementation.
  • Analyze the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies in each payroll.
  • Create technical specifications and functional documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Time Management tools, including SAP HCM PT, Workday, ADP, Horoquartz, eTemptation, and Kronos.
  • Previous experience as an SAP Times consultant is preferred.
