Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PY Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a key member of our Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) team, you will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting services for SAP HCM ES, providing application support and consultancy, and identifying and managing SAP notes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver configuration and consulting services for SAP HCM ES, ensuring high-quality implementations and customizing that meet Alight best practices.
- Provide application support and consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities.
- Identify, manage, and test SAP notes, and open and manage customer messages to request help support and corrections.
- Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on the technical way to implement solutions.
- Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing, respecting Alight best practices.
- Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
- Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
- Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance.
- Spanish PY/PA/OM knowledge desired.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
- Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
