About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Healthcare Compliance to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Medtech team, you will be responsible for leading and driving our Healthcare Compliance program to ensure that our business practices and activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the Healthcare Compliance program to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish and chair the Spain Medtech Compliance Committee
  • Develop and implement a country strategy and plan aligning with the business and J&J Office of Compliance
  • Engage in talent management and leadership development for the Healthcare Compliance team
  • Act as a consultant and provide guidance on Healthcare Professional and Government Official activities
  • Conduct self-assessment and risk assessment processes to detect process gaps and inconsistencies
  • Develop and implement a testing and monitoring plan to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Healthcare Compliance program

Requirements

  • BA/BS or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of business experience, with prior experience in Healthcare Compliance
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead a team and manage complex business situations
  • Language proficiency in English and Spanish
