At Norgine, we're committed to transforming lives with innovative healthcare solutions. We're seeking a talented Healthcare Compliance Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare division.

The successful candidate will report to the Healthcare Compliance Lead and be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing consumer compliance activities. This includes establishing standards and monitoring governance across Norgine, including relevant stakeholders, systems, and linked committees.

This role requires a thorough understanding of European healthcare regulations and industry standards. The Compliance Manager will ensure our operations meet the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence in the Consumer Health area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programmes related to consumer health.
  • Ensure compliance with EU and local regulations, including advertising, labelling, and promotional activities.
  • Support and manage relevant global electronic systems related to Healthcare Compliance for effective use with consumer health.
  • Develop, report, check, manage, and monitor KPIs where needed.
Regulatory Monitoring and Reporting:

Conduct horizon scanning with respect to changes in relevant regulations across territories, assess their impact on the company, align with stakeholders, and update compliance programmes accordingly.
