About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our Engineering and Coordination Solutions team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technical solutions for component exchange in the wind industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of technical solutions for component exchange, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in component exchange, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring seamless execution of component exchange projects.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide technical standards and guidelines for component exchange.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the wind industry, with a focus on component exchange and technical leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading technical projects and teams, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in component exchange, with a focus on wind industry applications.
