- Design and build infrastructure for data migration in messaging or collaboration systems.
- Script automation of processes using PowerShell.
- Level 3 systems administration of the Amadeus messaging and collaboration framework, including serving as the point of contact for significant incident escalations.
- Configure and manage mail routing, messaging hygiene, and security configurations.
- Monitor and manage urgent security tasks like audits, litigation holds, e-discovery, and revoking access.
- Organize and govern GAD integration procedures.
- Provide technical documentation.
- Proactively participate in the Amadeus change management processes.
- Participate and actively propose solutions based on cloud technology.
- University degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience administering Exchange, SharePoint, and hands-on experience with M365 corporate collaboration environments.
- M365 application stack experience, including Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid designs, messaging hygiene and security designs, mail and SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive migration architectures.
- Scripting, including PowerShell.
- Migrations, including hands-on experience with at least one tool (ShareGate / Avepoint / Metalogix).
- Azure stack, including Azure tenant setup, creation of subscriptions, resource management, and Azure components/services.
- Monitoring, including proactive setup and utilization of Amadeus tools to monitor sites and apps, performance monitoring, and vulnerability assessment.
- Fluent business English with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, quality processes, and best practices for maintaining information security.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.
- Competences in technical writing, documentation, and ability to translate technical jargon into layman's terms for explanatory purposes.
- Demonstrates ability to work and conduct research independently.
- Manages time efficiently and multi-tasks effectively.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to remedy system downs or serious software problems.
