We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash & Bank Administrator to join our team at Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing our banking relationships, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining our treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage banking portals, including user management, bank account administration, and daily cash forecasting.
- Review and process payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Treasury Control guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain proper control of bank accounts, including prompt follow-up on rejected transactions.
- Assist in preparing internal audit checks and supporting documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance our financial operations.
- Education in accounting or treasury, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience with SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mentality and methodical work ethic.
- Fluent English language skills and ability to work in a multinational, complex matrix organization.
- Experience with bank portals and treasury operations is highly desirable.
