Job Title: Senior Manager Payment Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Payment Systems to oversee the management, optimization, and strategic development of our payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficiency, security, and scalability of payment processes
  • Manage internal and external relationships with payment service providers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive process improvements
  • Align payment systems with the company's financial strategies and objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA) preferred
  • Hands-on experience with big data tools (e.g., Apache Spark) to manage and analyze large datasets effectively
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or payment systems in a B2C/customer-facing context
  • Strong knowledge of recurring payments and localization of payment methods, as well as global payment challenges
  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts in a B2C/customer-facing context
  • Deep understanding of multi-PSP integration to ensure seamless coordination between payment systems and service providers
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions for fraud detection and retry logic, adding value to payment strategies
  • Solid background in fraud prevention and a project management role in the tech sector highly beneficial
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
