Your Role:

This position involves direct client engagement, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance on business transformation and strategy after the sales process concludes. The focus is on cultivating relationships and proactive support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, product usage, and retention. You will manage a portfolio of diverse, high-profile accounts.

Key Responsibilities:


• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.


• Identify and address customer needs, ensuring value delivery.


• Develop and implement a goal-oriented support engagement plan to achieve significant business outcomes, utilizing a Preferred Success scorecard.


• Offer expertise in SAP Cloud solutions, ensuring effective utilization.


• Facilitate access to product and functional expertise through tailored sessions.


• Conduct personalized Quarterly Release Reviews and Continuous Trend Analysis for risk mitigation, assisting customers in formulating strategies that maximize product adoption.


• Anticipate customer expectations and coordinate the resolution of critical issues, acting as an escalation point and collaborating with various departments as necessary.

Your Qualifications:

You possess a strong track record in account management, demonstrating a proactive learning attitude and creative problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment. You thrive on interactions that lead to customer success and satisfaction, paying close attention to detail in communication, follow-up, and documentation while consistently exceeding customer expectations.


• Strong customer orientation and quality focus, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customer IT and line-of-business decision-makers.


• Familiarity with IT landscapes and lifecycles, particularly regarding SAP Solutions during transitions, implementations, and operational phases for cloud, standalone, or hybrid environments.


• Knowledge of SAP Preferred Success and Cloud Solutions, along with their service offerings, is advantageous.


• Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of tasks (proactive, results-oriented, pragmatic).


• Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive demeanor.

Education and Experience:


• A Bachelor’s or Honours Degree is preferred.


• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management or a similar customer-facing role, with proven ability to engage with dedicated customers at project and senior management levels.


• Fluency in Arabic or Turkish is required.


• Experience working in global or virtual teams is a plus.

About Your Team:

Our team consists of nearly 25 Customer Success Managers based in Ireland, supporting over 520 customers and expanding. The Preferred Success initiative ensures customer success through high-value proactive engagements, delivering effectiveness and consistency across all customer interactions. Our innovative and adaptable approach places customer outcomes at the forefront of our efforts, providing trusted advisors committed to excellence through tailored engagement plans and best practice content across all cloud solutions.
