Responsabilidades- Apoyo al día a día del negocio: Ayudar a que nuestros hubs operen sin problemas y que nuestros clientes estén satisfechos.
- Implementación de nuevas tecnologías: Dar soporte en la implementación de nuevas tecnologías y aplicaciones para mejorar nuestras operaciones y brindar una experiencia mejorada a nuestros clientes.
- Procesos de implementación: Implementar y ejecutar procesos entre nuestros clientes y proveedores de servicios para asegurar la eficiencia y la calidad en nuestras operaciones.
- Disponibilidad de aplicaciones: Asegurar la disponibilidad continua de nuestras aplicaciones y servicios de IT para brindar una experiencia sin interrupciones a nuestros clientes.
- Trabajo en equipo: Trabajar estrechamente con nuestro equipo del hub para impulsar la eficiencia de nuestros procesos y la rapidez de entrega de proyectos.
- Lanzamiento de proyectos: Participar en el lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos y asegurar que se cumplan los plazos establecidos para brindar una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes.
- Tener al menos 5 años de experiencia trabajando como Consultor de Negocios IT o en roles similares.
- Tener un amplio conocimiento en gestión de proyectos y resolución de problemas.
- Tener comunicación en inglés de forma oral y escrita.
- Tener pasión por la tecnología y un background técnico.
- Tener trabajo en equipo y proactividad en la mejora continua.
Un salario de hasta 47.000€ brutos anuales, 15% de variable según objetivos, 30 días hábiles de vacaciones, programa de renting para empleados y descuentos en la Boutique de Mercedes-Benz, formación continua, programas de desarrollo y más de 150K eBooks.
El proceso consta de dos fases: Una primera entrevista cultural con RRHH y una segunda entrevista técnica con dos miembros del equipo.
