Revenue Manager

Beezhotels, a leading revenue management and direct sales consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team in Valencia. As a Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing hotel revenue through strategic and analytical management of distribution channels, pricing, and reservations.
Your primary responsibility will be to maximize hotel revenue, not only in terms of sales but also through detailed market and competition analysis. You will be responsible for generating regular financial reports on the hotel's situation and coordinating strategies for offers and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the commercial department and define strategies.
- Contract and manage dynamic operators (B2B, B2C).
- Forecast demand, generate and analyze PU, detailed sales analysis, and action plan.
- Benchmarking and continuous monitoring of the compset.
- Dynamic pricing strategies and high knowledge of yield techniques.
- Strategies to improve direct sales of hotels.
- Preparation of commercial and RM reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Revenue Manager.
- Essential experience in hotel reception.
- Professional Excel skills and tools specific to the position.
- Responsible, open to innovation, and with a business vision.
- Ability to work and precision in task execution.
