About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Commissioning Technician to join our team in León. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing testing activities in support of railway signaling systems projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute testing activities in support of one or several projects on railway signaling systems under the direction of your hierarchy and according to the testing procedure/documentation.
  • Work closely with teams across the business (V&V, engineering) to ensure defects identification and correction (trouble shooting).
  • Take care of checking that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated, and replace defective equipment and ensure its repair in accordance with the procedures in force.
  • In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, make a return experience (REX) towards the project, and ensure that all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools.
Requirements
  • Technical learning in electronics or electricity or equivalent experience in a function in the industrial environment.
  • Any additional language is an asset.
  • Previous T&C or Maintenance experience for Railway Signaling is an asset.
  • Flexibility and mobility, available for short or long mission in different locations and countries.
  • Available to work on field also for night shifts.
  • Rigorous & team player.
  • Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve complex system failures.
  • Customer satisfaction and results orientated.
  • Able to communicate in an open and clear manner with T&C Team.
  • Ability to use new technologies and tools is an asset.
  • Driving license.
