We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test and Validation Technician to join our team in León. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing testing activities in support of railway signaling systems projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute testing activities in accordance with established procedures and documentation, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and validation, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and report defects, and work closely with the project team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that test tools are properly calibrated and maintained, and replace defective equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in electronics or electricity, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in test and validation, or maintenance, preferably in the railway signaling industry.
  • Flexibility and mobility, with the ability to work on short or long-term projects in different locations and countries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
