Job Title: Global Head of Quality and Excellence
Job Summary:
Medmix Systems is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Head of Quality and Excellence to lead our quality management efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive quality management system that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Quality Management System: Design, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system that ensures products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Inspection and Testing: Establish inspection and testing protocols to monitor product quality throughout the production process and address any non-conformities.
- Quality Assurance Strategies: Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to prevent defects and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Industry Standards and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure the organization complies with applicable quality and regulatory requirements and coordinate audits and certifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization and lead initiatives to enhance quality processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Quality Tools and Methodologies: Utilize quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean, to identify improvement opportunities and drive their implementation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in quality management roles, preferably in an industry and/or consumer business setting.
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
