We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions
- Manage product launches and ensure timely market entry
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product development
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
- Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience in the medical devices industry
- Proven track record of success in product development and marketing
- Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English
- Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
