Job Title: Case Underwriter for Appliance Protection and Digital Risks

At Allianz, we are seeking a highly skilled Case Underwriter to join our team. As a Case Underwriter for Appliance Protection and Digital Risks, you will be responsible for conducting thorough underwriting assessments for a range of products, including Appliance Protection, Digital Risks, and Easy Living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct underwriting assessments for Appliance Protection, Digital Risks, and Easy Living products
  • Analyse reference datasets to ensure accurate and informed underwriting decisions
  • Deliver completed quotations with detailed descriptions of cover and caveats to sales colleagues
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues on business opportunities and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines
  • Work closely with the Actuarial Team on pricing and model development
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an analytical or financial subject
  • Experience analysing large datasets and conducting risk assessments
  • Business-level fluency in English
  • Strong insurance knowledge and underwriting experience
