Job Summary

Microsoft Games is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our South West Territory team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving the overall finance performance and forecast accuracy for the Gaming business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Category and GEO teams to understand drivers and levers available to influence finance performance.
  • Proactively flag upsides, risks, and actions needed to manage investments and Gross Margin.
  • Deliver results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results.
  • Manage the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility, including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting.
