Senior Corporate Accountant

Galderma is a leading dermatology company with a global presence, offering a range of innovative products and services. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for reporting monthly actuals figures, ensuring financial data accuracy, and establishing statutory accounts for our corporate entity in Switzerland. You will also provide support for VAT declarations and act as an administrator for our T&E tool (Concur).
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accounting activities are completed on time with strong FTQ (First time quality)
- Prepare and submit VAT declarations linked to different VAT registrations in EU
- Be the main contact for T&E tool (Concur) linked to corporate entities in case of questions or issues
- Responsible for IFRS and local GAAP reporting
- Collaborate on the simplification of financial accounting activities for the entities under the scope, perform various account reconciliations, compliance checks, and work to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Strong background in a similar accounting role
- Background in Travel & Expenses tools
- Strong background in VAT
