About the Role
At E80 Group, we believe that the only limits to our success are the fears we hold. We are searching for a Resident Automation Technician who is eager to contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational efficiency of the plant, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators and contractual obligations.
- Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate on-site and remote interventions, and manage the procurement and distribution of spare parts.
- Conduct corrective maintenance and diagnostics on existing machinery.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies in line with maintenance schedules agreed upon with clients.
- Participate in regular meetings with client representatives to discuss performance and improvements.
- Document and report on activities, issues, and corrective measures taken to both clients and E80 Group.
- Encourage and facilitate improvement initiatives and modifications.
- Provide on-the-job training for client personnel as needed.
- Manage on-site spare parts inventory, recommending reorder levels and necessary purchases.
- Organize and maintain all required safety documentation as per client requests.
Technical Qualifications
- Degree or certification in electromechanical engineering or industrial automation.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Electromechanical Technician, Electrician, or Automation Engineer within the automation or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficient in interpreting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
- Familiarity with Siemens PLC, Beckhoff, Fanuc, and Allen Bradley systems; knowledge of Rockwell is a plus.
