Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export Support Manager to join our team at GINDUMAC. As an Export Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Management team in the preparation of deal operation and sales documents, as well as coordinating with our Logistics team to prepare import and export related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Management team in the preparation of all related deal operation and sales documents (quotation, financial packages, invoicing, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team in the preparation of import and export related documents
  • Work closely with the Accounting Department to coordinate incoming customer payments and outgoing supplier payments
  • Take full ownership of all outgoing and incoming deal operation documents and related payments
  • Set up and manage a deal operations KPI/Controlling system

Requirements:

  • Hands-on mentality and basic understanding of international trade and commerce
  • High determination and proactivity
  • Profound communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good English and Spanish skills; ideally, you possess a good verbal and written level of German and/or Italian
