As a Project Engineering Support Specialist at DTN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the timely and budget-friendly completion of projects, while also monitoring activities such as procurement, quality control, and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, and activities are executed as planned.
- Procurement Management: Manage the procurement process, including direct contact with suppliers, request for quotation, and purchase order issuance.
- Purchase Order Tracking: Monitor and follow up on the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Equipment Testing and Configuration: Assemble and test cabinets and racks, and configure system components, including sensors, communications devices, dataloggers, servers, and workstations.
- Configuration Management: Generate configuration management documents and maintain control of traceability.
- Factory Installation: Participate in factory mock-up installations.
Requirements:
- Driving License: Possess a valid driving license.
- Travel Requirements: Be available for national and international travel.
