Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager in the New England territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenue within existing accounts and bringing on new revenue-producing agents in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the New England territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation or logistics
  • Excellent business development, sales, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
