Job Title: Bioengineer for Pediatric Oncology Research

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented bioengineer to join our team at IBEC. As a bioengineer for pediatric oncology research, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for personalized cancer treatment.

About the Project

The MAGNETO project aims to study therapeutic responses in pediatric oncology using bioengineered models. You will design, develop, and optimize experimental models and protocols to study therapeutic responses in pediatric oncology.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop experimental models and protocols to study therapeutic responses in pediatric oncology.
  • Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the research group and external partners to advance the project's objectives.
  • Participate in regular lab meetings, progress reports, and contribute to grant writing and project dissemination efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific literature and emerging technologies in the field of bioengineering and cancer research.
Requirements
  • Degree/master's in Biomedical Engineering or Translational Research fields.
  • Strong commitment to scientific research and excellent academic record.
  • Good working knowledge of English.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with external partners.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
What We Offer
  • Predoctoral researcher contract: 4 years.
