Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Malaga. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues. You will also develop and implement strategies to grow account revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) is essential to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations. Regular review of account performance, providing updates, and implementing improvement plans as needed are also key responsibilities.

You will analyze client needs and industry trends to ensure the best solutions are provided. Tracking account progress and ensuring goals are met in line with business objectives is also a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a native level of Norwegian and strong proficiency in English. Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales is preferred.

You will need to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets is also essential.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is also necessary.

Benefits & Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The location is office-based in Malaga, and a competitive salary and benefits package are offered.
