Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Security Team, you will be responsible for managing vulnerability and threat risk in containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure container vulnerability scanning solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to uphold security best practices and ensure seamless integration with current workflows.
  • Analyze scan results to detect, prioritize, and report new vulnerabilities, and work with cross-functional teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on container vulnerability scanning processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of integrated scanning solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Propose and execute new ideas for enhancement to continuously improve our security posture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in IT, Information Security, Cyber Risk Management.
  • Strong grasp of vulnerability scanning tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Skills to analyze vulnerabilities and present data in executive reports.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards (PCI, ISO).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with tools such as Qualys, Splunk, Tanium, Illumio, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Industry certifications or ongoing education endeavors.
