**Job Summary**
Genesys is a leading provider of customer experience solutions, empowering over 7,500 organizations in more than 100 countries to deliver exceptional experiences for their customers and employees. As a trusted partner, we are seeking a highly skilled **Security Solutions Expert** to join our Global Security, Privacy & Compliance Centre of Excellence (COE) team.
**About the Role**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert security, privacy, and compliance services to our sales, presales, customers, partners, and prospects. This will involve:
- Supporting our sales account team in security, privacy, and compliance discussions, explaining our security policies, controls, and processes.
- Presenting and demoing our security and compliance approach to prospects, customers, and partners.
- Owning product security, privacy, and compliance questions, consulting engagements, and security audits/assessments.
- Collaborating with global and regional teams to ensure timely completion of security audits and assessments.
- Supporting our global Compliance teams for external and customer audits.
- Owning quarterly security and privacy reviews with regulated customers.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong expertise in security, privacy, and compliance, with a focus on the Spanish-speaking market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
