About the Role

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic UX team in Barcelona. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our cutting-edge research projects, influencing the development of user-centric products across our technology sector.

About You

  • Minimum BS (higher preferred) in one of the following: degree program focused on the human experience as it relates to design and technology, or field(s) related to behavioral and/or social science research.
  • 5 or more years of professional experience in a research-related role.
  • Solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
  • High empathetic nature and aptitude for the end user of a product.
  • High customer experience curiosity and the enthusiasm for digging deeper to understand 'why' people do the things the way they do them.
  • Creative in thinking and analyzing information.
  • Solid analytical skills combined with user experience research methods.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the research questions.
  • Synthesize analytics, customer insight, and help data to focus research.
  • Track patterns in analytics data to inform trends in usage.
  • Conduct unmoderated and moderated testing/workshops, research repositories, qualitative data analysis, qualitative data analysis, etc.
  • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
  • Identify competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and market trends; evaluates gaps.
  • Own and lead initiatives within the product/project context: design thinking, discovery, requirements, stakeholder alignment, etc.
  • Maintain relationships with customer touchpoint teams to ensure seamless access to customer data.
  • Highly skilled at presenting findings and insights to project stakeholders (verbally and visually).
  • Possess a deep understanding of the customer profile/persona for products in the assigned segment.
  • Identify connection points between products as they relate to user workflows and expectations.
  • Motivated to influence the future direction of products within a product segment/ecosystem.

You'll be joining a Global team of UX practitioners with more than 50 colleagues across the globe, working on a hybrid model from our Barcelona Office. You'll be part of a local, fast-paced, growing design community, working on new products, and infusing change throughout the organization.
