Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and select top talent for various positions within the company.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires by providing comprehensive information on company policies, procedures, and necessary resources.
• Identify training needs and assist in organizing professional development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries, including employee permissions, compensation, and other HR matters.
• Collaborate with the travel management team to arrange business travel, accommodations, and other necessary arrangements for employees.
• Contribute to organizing company events, such as celebrations, meetings, and team-building activities, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Assist with office operations, working closely with management and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient work process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to the Payroll team regarding employee updates, such as leaves, absences, new hires, and employee documentation.
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and regulations.
• European citizenship.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
Desirable Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in startups and technology companies is highly valued.
