Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand communication strategies and annual marketing plans based on consumer insights and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies that align with our global image and core values.
  2. Campaign Execution: Architect and execute holistic marketing campaigns across various channels, including television, social media, and offline events, to promote the AliExpress brand.
  3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the AliExpress brand portrayal on all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our global image.
  4. Operational Management: Manage daily operational interactions with creative agencies and marketing channels, overseeing campaign execution both internally and externally.
  5. Creative Concept Development: Develop captivating creative concepts that resonate with and engage local market audiences.
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market analysis, monitor consumer trends, and stay up-to-date with competitor strategies to position AliExpress as a market leader.
Requirements:
  1. A proven track record of over 5 years of experience in multi-faceted brand marketing, executing successful campaigns across various mediums.
  2. Exceptional creativity and communication skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of innovative campaigns that effectively translate the AliExpress brand message to target demographics.
  3. A data-driven mindset, with a strong competency in leveraging analytics to set campaign benchmarks and refine channel performance.
  4. A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty.
  5. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Candidates with substantial agency experience are also encouraged to apply.
  6. Proficiency in Italian and English is a must. Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite.
  7. BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
