About the Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Product Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of a key area in the company's evolution and growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To be part of the strategy creation and plan the evolution of our products
  2. To define new and existing features to improve the experience of our customer base
  3. To understand the needs of renewable energy portfolio owners and operators
  4. To ensure best-in-class products are created

You will help set the product's solar vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with senior engineering colleagues and other departments. You will also design and execute the projects that support the roadmap, gather customer and stakeholder insights from across the organization, and coordinate with designers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that your product is delivering an amazing experience for our users.

Your Day-to-Day
  1. Defining strategy and discovering customer needs and problems that can be solved through our products
  2. Understanding and adding value for our different types of customers by creating a product backlog that reflects the overall product strategy and long-term roadmap
  3. Being the face of the product and the trusted partner of the user as well as communicating results both to internal and external stakeholders and users
  4. Focusing on the product's adoption and the successful realization of product features that solve customers' problems
  5. Balancing and analyzing multiple sources of information
  6. Owning key features from discovery to release and usage
  7. Creating organizational transparency into a product's prioritization and engineering efforts
  8. Continuously contributing to the effectiveness of our team, by working together, sharing best practices and challenging your team members to take our GPM profession to the next level

About You

We need you to have:

  1. At least 3 years of demonstrable knowledge in Solar PV energy industry, in particular in the operation, maintenance, management and/or monitoring of solar assets
  2. Outstanding communication skills, to effectively influence, collaborate and to build a network across DNV
  3. Experience in digital product management in a software company
  4. Experience in strategy and vision creation
