Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and Exceed Guest Expectations
    • Anticipate and fulfill the needs of every guest, ensuring their stay with us is seamless and enjoyable.
    • Handle all guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate Guest Arrivals and Departures
    • Review the arrivals and departure report from our property management system and prepare for the arrivals and departures of our guests.
    • Prepare departure letters for guests scheduled to leave the next day.
  • Maintain a Clean and Tidy Workplace
    • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace at all times, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork and stationery are prepared and available for guests.
  • Collaborate with Operational Departments
    • Coordinate and cooperate with all operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate with concerned departments to ensure guest preferences and requirements are met.
  • Train and Develop Team Members
    • Train and buddy-up with new team members as assigned by supervisors during your daily shifts.
    • Assist in the development and training of team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years) in a five-star resort.
  • Strong commercial/business acumen.
  • Experience with Front Office Systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Optimistic approach to guide and counsel employees under pressure.
