We are a leading company in the industrial technology sector, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to new and existing customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, application engineers, and engineering departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  3. Quotation Processing: Process customer quotations, coordinating with specialist departments and field service to deliver tailored solutions.
  4. Order Processing: Manage sales documents, coordinate customer-specific tooling solutions, and dispatch order confirmations and invoices.
  5. Complaint Management: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Sales Promotion Activities: Support sales promotion activities, including campaigns and end-of-quarter promotions.
  7. Digital Document Management: Maintain digital documents and files according to standardized criteria.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure overall customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Requirements

  1. Language Skills: Excellent German language skills.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service.
  3. Education: Completed commercial or technical education.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Enjoy dealing with people and have a strong sense of their needs.
  5. Work Style: Structured work style, ambition, and optimism.
  6. Communication Skills: Strong cooperation and communication skills, negotiation skills.
  7. Resilience: High degree of resilience and sense of responsibility.
  8. Continuous Training: Enjoy continuous training (SAP, IT, product knowledge).
  9. SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is a plus.
  10. MS Office Skills: Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with CRM systems.
  11. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP, CRM, PLM, and lead generation in the B2B area would be an advantage.
