About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Satisfaction Expert to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support and service to new and existing customers
- Collaborate closely with sales, application engineers, and engineering departments to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Process quotations and orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers
- Manage customer complaints and issues through our CRM system
- Support sales promotion activities and contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Maintain accurate digital records and files according to company standards
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels (SLI)
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in German, with the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial technology setting
- Completed commercial or technical education, with a strong understanding of business principles
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Structured work style, with a focus on attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of resilience and adaptability
- Experience with SAP, CRM, and MS Office is highly desirable
