Laundry Manager

**Job Summary**

As a Laundry Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained in the laundry department. You will oversee the daily operations of the laundry, including receiving, sorting, washing, drying, and folding of linens and uniforms. You will also be responsible for managing the laundry staff, providing training and guidance as needed, and ensuring that all laundry equipment is in good working order.

• Oversee the daily operations of the laundry department
• Manage the laundry staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
• Ensure that all laundry equipment is in good working order and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and quality of laundry operations

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in laundry or related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
