Responsibilities

As a Culinary Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes
2. Learning and mastering traditional Mexican recipes and cooking techniques
3. Developing your skills in kitchen management and organization
4. Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Requirements

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

1. You're between the ages of 18 to 35 years old.
2. You graduated from an accredited institution, hold a degree related to the culinary field, and have at least 12 months of professional experience - OR - You're a young professional with at least 5 years of work experience in the culinary field.
3. English Proficiency: Intermediate
