We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Main Responsibilities- Software Development: Develop software according to user requirements, functional and technical design specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
- System Maintenance: Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures.
- Code Review: Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and/or anomalies.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Complex Solutions: Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce.
- Lightning Components: Experience in developing lightning components is desired.
- Development Technologies: Proficiency in development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
- Agile Methodologies: Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to work in a self-managing way and take accountability for all assigned applications.
- Language: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Cultural Competence: Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.
- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must; any other Salesforce certification is a plus.
