Ansvarsområder:
- At bidrage individuelt og som et teammedlem til at yde fremragende kvalitets- og produktivitetsstandarder, der opfylder eller overgår kundens krav.
- At give brugerne løsninger gennem informationsindsamling, analytisk fejlfinding og forespørgselsforskning.
- At behandle fortrolige og følsomme oplysninger og materialer.
- At arbejde med service, kvalitet og gennemsigtighed i alle aspekter af arbejdet.
- At håndtere forespørgsler via værktøjer og systemer.
- At bidrage proaktivt til opnåelse af aftalte serviceniveauer.
Kvalifikationer:
- Det kræves, at du har erfaring og praktisk viden om kommunikation og kundeservice.
- Fremragende organisatoriske, strukturelle og analytiske evner.
- Et stort fokus på problemløsning; mål- og serviceorienteret.
- Forståelse for og løbende bidrag til teamets succes.
- Kendskab til Microsoft Office-pakken.
- Højt flydende niveau af dansk og engelsk skrift og tale.
