Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team at BASF SE. As a key member of our Product team, you will play a crucial role in the consulting, implementation, and support of warehouse management solutions based on SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in an agile DevOps environment, collaborating closely with a team of warehouse consultants to provide design, creation, development, and optimization of warehouse management processes for Warehouse Management solutions.
- Enable and support internal business partners to achieve BASF business goals through the provision of best-in-class IT and digitalization solutions.
- Define solutions and technical designs based on business requirements, contributing to project planning and cost estimations.
- Prepare and conduct user trainings, ensuring a seamless understanding of SAP EWM processes and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude, with a willingness to develop new professional skills.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of logistics processes, with sound experience in SAP WM/EWM, including customizing and knowledge of other SAP modules.
- Basic or advanced ABAP debugging knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in at least one of the following SAP solutions: SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP WM/Stock Room Management, SAP LE (Logistics Execution), SAP MM (Inventory Management).
