About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Top International Oil. As a Material Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of materials management within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Specialist, your core mission is to maintain inventory accuracy, ensure efficient handling, storage, and documentation of materials. Your duties will include:

  • Locating materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on production orders.
  • Maintaining in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
  • Packing materials for shipping, documenting materials, and recording units delivered and their locations.
  • Providing services related to material procurement, handling, movement, coordination, arrangement, and disbursement.
  • Loading and unloading different transport items, recording inventory statuses, and ensuring deliveries properly match purchase orders.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Warehouse Specialist, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or Associate degree.
  • Proven warehouse and material handling experience in the Oil Gas industry.
  • Highly observant and analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with hand tools and basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply basic mathematical concepts effectively.
