**Job Purpose and Responsibilities**
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Interactive Medica, your primary focus will be to provide expert support to our clients utilizing our SQL-based platform.
You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver tailored solutions for our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Travel may be required to meet client needs, both within the UK and across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily routines and processes to ensure seamless client tool operation, implementing necessary changes as required.
- Identifying and implementing quality improvements to enhance client experience.
- Responding to client queries within our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Advising and recommending suitable client solutions and alternatives.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing accurate reports on operational and technical aspects of client maintenance.
- Exploring and contributing to innovative ways of implementing Information Management technology.
- Managing client accounts to ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations.
**Essential and Desirable Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong background in SQL Server and Transact SQL.
- A degree-level education in a relevant field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of web-based technologies, including Snowflake, Tableau, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Ability to work within agreed timelines, keeping clients informed of any delays.
- Confidence in a customer-facing role, with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with global clients is highly desirable.
