Customer Service Representative with German Language Skills

Job Summary
Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spain. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical customer service to our clients in the international sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Manage service subscriptions, billing, and technical support for digital products.
- Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction, manage claims, suggestions, and feedback.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer service tools and website/App value proposition.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (Native or C2 Level) and high level of English (C1).
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Previous experience with customer service, offering technical support with knowledge of standards and procedures.
- Advanced user of MS Office.
- Able to handle stressful situations and work in a team.
What We Offer:
- Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week (rotation shift every week).
- 6-month contract with the possibility to join the company.
- Hybrid model.
- €13,000 gross annual salary.
