We are seeking a highly skilled Global Retail Analytics & Culture Manager to join our team at PUIG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maximizing Retail Excellence and WW Retail measurement, providing clear KPIs, procedures, and dashboards that support markets in day-to-day business with comprehensive and up-to-date data.
Key Responsibilities- Analytics: Ensure Retail excellence by providing clear and financial KPIs and processes to be complied. Ensure WW markets execution and alignment. Manage existing Retail Tools (REX) as well as helping in developing new functionalities within the tool in collaboration with IT teams.
- Culture: Create and transmit Retail Culture: Retail basic principles & knowledge as a source of inspiration for the markets and always with a common language across all regions. Provide Retail competitors information in partnership with consultancy and data analytics companies.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position (Experience in Retail, Luxury, Fashion, FCMG, etc is an asset)
- University Degree or master's in business School. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field
- Spanish and English are a must. French will be highly valued
- Tableau, SAC, Power BI or any dashboard designing tool is a must
