About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll operations across all entities within the Brambles group.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer internal control processes for HR operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
- Coordinate Payroll Accuracy Reporting and Vendor KPI reporting, providing timely and accurate insights.
- Prepare overviews and status updates on recurring access audits, compliance reviews, and vendor management initiatives.
- Deliver training to Managers and Team Leaders on compliance and controls, ensuring a deep understanding of required processes.
- Collect and analyze data to support internal and external audits, following established processes.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to ensure HR Operations Teams are up-to-date on required preparations.
- Maintain vendor issue logs and PO/invoice trackers to support timely vendor payments.
- Support the gathering of data and preparation of overviews on best practices within the payroll space.
- Collaborate with the team to run root cause analyses, identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- A completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in HR Compliance, particularly within the payroll space.
- Excellent administration skills and a well-organized mindset.
- Enthusiasm and drive to progress in your career.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- A European language is a bonus, as you will be working across multiple countries.
